THE SPACE

Our gated, 2,600 sq ft home sits on nearly an acre overlooking Trails End Lake, a quiet, 73-acre non-motorized lake surrounded by evergreens.

SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE

With 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Two living rooms and two kitchens give families and groups plenty of room to gather or spread out.

HOME LAYOUT

Upstairs: Primary suite, second bedroom with two queen beds, main kitchen, living room, covered deck, and washer/dryer in the primary bathroom.

Downstairs: Two queen bedrooms, second kitchen, media room, and covered patio.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED, AND MORE

One of the things our guests appreciate most is how well-stocked the house is. From kitchen essentials and plenty of towels to toiletries and thoughtful extras, we've tried to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The main kitchen is well-equipped for family meals and holiday cooking. One guest even prepared Thanksgiving dinner for eight without needing to bring many kitchen supplies.

BEAUTIFUL LAKEFRONT SETTING

Enjoy lake views from the covered decks, outdoor dining areas, and landscaped terraces. Eagles and ospreys are frequent visitors, and the non-motorized lake stays quiet and peaceful year-round.

The property also features a private dock, waterfront seating, BBQ, and outdoor fire pit. Kayaks, paddleboards, and other water equipment are available for seasonal use.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

The home feels private and peaceful but is just 15 minutes from downtown Belfair for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Costco and Instacart also deliver to the property.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home and property, including the covered decks, landscaped terraces, outdoor gathering areas, private dock, and waterfront.

Kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests are stored in the toy shed for guest use.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

WATERFRONT ACCESS

The property is situated on a landscaped hillside, with terraces and 78 paved steps connecting the house to the waterfront. Please consider this for guests with limited mobility or young children.

SEASONAL INFORMATION

Evenings by the lake can get chilly, so bring warm layers. Water activities are weather-dependent, especially during fall and winter.

PARKING

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please avoid parking on the grass or landscaping.

PEACEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD

The property is best suited for family vacations, quiet group gatherings, and relaxing getaways. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM. Parties are not permitted.

SECURITY

Two outdoor security cameras monitor the driveway/front entrance and the steps near the dock. Outdoor gathering areas and decks are not monitored.
