We have frequent sightings of howler monkeys, toucans, iguanas, pizotes and more. You can experience each of these without ever leaving your hammock or infinity pool. This house is the style of a casita. It has an open floor plan with very high ceilings clad in teak milled from the property. It is very clean and comfortable with impeccable views of the jungle, wildlife and the Pacific Ocean from the wrap around balcony. 18km from Samara/Nosara (35 min drive).

You have access to our 2 acre grounds, infinity pool and surrounding mountain roads that allow for hiking and exploring the small river, local coffee farms and local rural community.
