Incredible service, I arrived early in the morning and they gave me the room right away. Asked for late check out and was given one for free way into the afternoon, with full use of all fascilities after checking out due to a late flight. Best I have encountered so far!

Flott hotell
Veldig bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet nær strandpromenaden og marinaen. God service, behagelige rom og flott frokost. Svømmebassenget var fint men noe grundt. Umulig å drukne der! Omgivelsene var litt triste, men typisk for Beirut.

Convenient location in nice area. Service with a smile. Decent breakfast. Room towards the inner courtyard was a bit noisy from ventilation (?) engines.

Det sikreste hotellet i Beirut.
Personalet var meget hyggelig og de gjorde alt de kunne for at gjesten skulle ha det fint under oppholdet. Det var god kontroll med hvem og hva som kom inn på hotellet. Det eneste jeg kan si noe negativt om er at prisene på mat og drikke var stive. Kan nevne at en kopp kaffe kostet mer enn den gjør på det beste hotellet i Norge. Frokost var ikke inkludert i romprisen og dersom en skulle kjøpe denne utenom kostet den altfor meget.

Complementary = you must paid
By the porter we where told that the mini bar was complementary, at the end the bill for the minibar was almost the some as for the hotel. The front desk didn't believe us, and they were asking for the porters name. First of all I didn't get the porters name, and the front desk person made me feel like I was lying and that the consequence for the porter would termination of his employment. So I just accepted the bill for the minibar, as i didn't have the conscience to be responsible for somebody getting fired - even when it was not my fault I was given the wrong information according to the front desk.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. The hotel is clean and inviting. I was disappointed that I didn’t have an option to have air conditioning (rather than heat) in my room - coming from a cold weather climate, I didn’t need heat in my room so I had to leave it off - but the room was very stuffy without any air moving. Breakfast buffet was great but not quite to the same level as my last stay. Overall, great experience.

Our stay at Radisson was pleasant but could have been better. The temperature in the rooms is very hot and we made this known multiple times. The hotel team said we they are currently out of season for AC meaning they cannot turn the AC on despite it being 19-21 degrees outside.

nice and friendly staff, the pool is clean and beautiful. the only thing is we chose a non-smoking room in a non-smoking floor but people in other rooms kept smoking and we got the smell from the ventilation system. the hotel changed out room , but the problem persisted. welcome to Lebanon!

The property is definitely older and aged, but I heard that's fairly common with most hotels in Lebanon. The staff were absolutely great, they made everything easy. There were some hiccups that I was sad about. 1) the irons were very old and not working well (the two we used at least) 2) no fridge in the executive room we were in 3) the blow drier was very old and barely had any kick to it. Overall I would recommend if you're on a budget but you might even be able to find something nicer on your budget. We did not eat in the mornings but did us the 24-7 room service and the food was always good.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We appreciate the hospitality of all the personnel, the facilities in and outside the room, great breakfast lounge, food and breakfast crew, and the comfort throughout the hotel gave us a home worth feeling from start of our stay until the end. A small improvement would be the wifi dropouts from time to time in one of the rooms but this could be caused by being in a room edge of the building. And also several very short power cut offs which could be inherit to the city we were in. So overall a more than pleasant 2 weeks stay for us and a very deserved recommendation.

The hotel needs maintenance in many areas, no views from any where, cozy rooms are like a mini cruise cabin, front desk guy who made a registration made many mistake, at check out didn’t know how make a refund. Mr Ali a Duty manager was exceptional. No plug in at night tables, walls need to be fixed, did not cover my expectations.

Ambiente Stil Mitte der 90ziger. Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. In unserem Fall Service Roomservice schlecht. Fehlende Kleinigkeiten mussten öfters nachgefragt werden. Zimmerservice an einem Tag nicht durchgeführt. Beruflich oft auch in Radisson Hotel unterwegs- anderen Standard bei dieser Kette gewohnt. Gefühl, bei Beschwerden eher Bittsteller zu sein. Verbrachten auch in anderen Hotels am Ort (5*), Hier Top Service hier. Also kein Landesproblem

Title: Unpleasant Experience: A Hotel Room with a Strong Odor Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Review: I recently had an unfortunate experience at a hotel that left me incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a strong and unpleasant odor of urine in the bed. It was an extremely off-putting and unacceptable situation, to say the least. The moment I stepped into the room, the pungent smell overwhelmed my senses. I immediately contacted the hotel staff to inform them about the issue. They insisted that they were fully booked and could not give us a new room. Their solution was to flip the bed and change the bedding. The presence of such a noticeable odor in the bed was a clear indication that the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel were lacking. It is essential for hotels to prioritize the well-being and comfort of their guests by maintaining clean and fresh rooms. Aside from the unpleasant odor, I found other aspects of the room to be below par as well. The overall cleanliness was questionable, with visible stains on the carpets and dusty surfaces. The bathroom was not as tidy as one would expect, and it further added to my disappointment. Moreover, the response from the hotel staff was not satisfactory. While they attempted to address the issue, their actions were not enough to rectify the problem and ensure a pleasant stay. I believe a the hotel should have replaced the mattress or given us a new room.
