Flott opphold
Flott hotell, og barnevennlig. Jeg skulle ønske at de på resepsjonen ga oss litt mer informasjon om spisemuligheter på hotellet eller i nærheten. Når vi spurte noe i resepsjonen hadde de aldri noe å anbefale. Vi fant for det meste ut av ting selv. Spa og bassenget var helt flott og personalet der var veldig imøtekommende, de gjorde oppholdet vårt flott!

Amazing staff!! Sara, Ali and Hassan at the front desk were incredibly helpful! Food in the restaurants was delicious. Miriam served us on the 21st floor lounge and was very sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

This hotel has some of the best staff of any I have stayed in. Uniformly kind and helpful. Very nice hotel with beautiful restaurant. In a lower traffic area. Will stay again.

Ali and Hassan were nothing less than INCREDIBLE! They helped us plan our stay and made us feel so very welcome! It’s because of staff like these individuals that makes us wants to return. So if you decide to stay here, ask for Ali and Hassan. Their Lebanese welcome is heartfelt!

I liked that it was clean and huge rooms although I couldn't figure out how to turn off all the lights at night - toggle switches that don't work - and ended up pulling the card they use to make sure you don't leave the lights on when you leave the room. Unfortunately it also cuts off the AC. Should have had somebody come and take a look but it was late and I was tired.

Great wedding venue
I went to Hilton for a wedding and then stayed the night. The wedding set up and space was incredible! The room was very big and bathroom spacious with both shower and tub. Amazig balcony with a view. I loved my stay! also the pool on the 4th floor is very nice.

Food was excellent, internet bad, hotel old look
Stayed a week of 1/17/21 during lockdown so stay in hotel it looks old and need of renovation. The worst part was the internet even we got the upgraded one couldnt load anything. Staff was friendly and food was great from room service. Housekeeping was not good had to keep asking for water and tell them to get trash, bring towels and changed bedding one time when asked. When moved rooms from quarantine lost shower soaps i brought even it was 4 large bottles. Bad internet was worst problem since spa and things closed from lockdown. Not up to standards of cleanliness other Hilton have stayed with housekeeping. Plsnning a trip next month will not stay again.

Out of an abundance of caution, our hotel is providing limited amenities and services, and minimizing the frequency of housekeeping services to your room during your stay. Any additional amenities or housekeeping services were available upon request. As for the Internet connection, it's a problem the whole country is suffering from.
