Meget fint hotell. Og veldig sentralt.
Fantastisk hyggelig personale. God frokost. WiFi kunne kanskje vært bedre, og det var litt minus at en måtte oppgradere rommet for å få WiFi inkludert.

The hotel is one if the solid old ones, but it is quite uncozy staying in its huge dark rooms alone. Next time I would probably go for something modern and more inviting. The breakfast buffet was good though.

Flott hotell med god beliggenhet, rett ved handlegaten. Men veldig dyrt og spise der. Har bodd på hotell i samme område som er bedre og billigere. Man man må kanskje betale litt ekstra for navnet. :-)

Short stay at a excellent hotel. Prime location in Beijing. Walking distance to Tiananmen Square and shopping !

Midt i sentrum
Hotellet er lokalisert midt i sentrum av Beijing, med ett minutt å gå til den populære gågaten Wangfujing. Rent og fint på rommet og hotellet generelt. Servicen var upåklagelig, og personalet var behjelpelig med hva enn det måtte være. Frokosten var meget bra og kvaliteten på middagene på hotellet var også bra. Vi besøker gladelig dette hotellet igjen ved neste anledning.

Vi var to dager i Beijing slik vi fikk sett litt av byen. Hilton hotellet var strålende for oss. Veldig bra frokost, nydelige rom og et hyggelig personal. Skal jeg tilbake til Beijing så velger jeg å bo her.

Dette hotellet hadde det meste forventet av en 5 stjerners hotell. Topp service, bra restauranter og gode fasiliteter. Anbefales til alle som skal til Beijing.

The hotel was in a great area, right next to a shopping mall filled with amazing restaurants and on the other side of the mall is wangfujing street. It's also a 20 minute walk to the palace museum, tianamen square, and qianmen street so probably an unbeatable location for the price range. The condition of the hotel was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, the water pressure was good, good views. My experience with the staff was fantastic. They were all very welcoming and helpful. I do want to call out Nora Liu in particular because after I found out that the great wall was sold out, she provided other fantastic options and helped me book them. She also helped me plan a great wall trip and was just overall very warm and inviting every time I saw her. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Beijing

Mia Su was very helpful at the hotel helping me with the baby. The issue we had is it is no where near the London quality of Hilton hotels we are used to. The room is very old and the air conditioning did not work well. The gym did not also have a sauna.

First of all, we kindly noted our Facilities may a bit of old. Our Hotel has been open for more than ten years, some Facilities or Equipment are showing a sense of age. We have strengthened the daily maintenance, also, our Management already planned the renovation project. However, in the past three years, the epidemic has strongly impact to Hospitality Industry, therefore the renovation plan has been paused... Your kind understanding in this matter would be most appreciated! In relation to the temperature in the room, nowadays, daytime temperature gradually rises, but the temperature quite difference between day and night. Therefore the Central Air Conditioner in the guest room cannot supported to delivered cold air during night time. We fully understand that the guest room may occasionally feel hot, and normally we suggest guests to open the window for ventilation, and in a meantime, we will deliver a cooler if it available to the guests' room to help adjust the temperature. Last but not least, thank you for your recognition of our outstanding Team Member Ms. Mia Su from Front Office, your recognition is the motivation for us to do better! Avoid this hotel. Photos are not a true likeness, incredibly dated. No air con so staff say keep windows open, so you can’t sleep due to road noise. Lobby has a bad smell and weirdly has forgotten Xmas decorations still up. Hotel management unhelpful. Hugely disappointing.
