Located on the 10th floor, this unique two-bedroom condo offers breathtaking panoramic views of the village and Monashee Mountains, with direct elevator access to your private unit. With no neighbours above or beside you, enjoy an added level of privacy while staying just a five-minute walk from the village.

Perfect for families and groups, the condo sleeps up to 8 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, a gaming setup, and plenty of board games for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Guests also have access to the building`s communal hot tub, sauna, games room, ski locker, and ski waxing room during the winter season.

THE SPACE
Living Room

Relax on the large couch or one of the additional chairs while enjoying the incredible mountain views. The living room includes a Smart TV with cable TV and streaming services. Guests are welcome to use their own streaming accounts and subscriptions. You`ll also find a selection of board games, a closet for ski gear, and shelving for ski equipment.

Please note that the fireplace is decorative and is not operational.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an espresso machine, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, cooking knives, dishes, bowls, serving bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and kitchen towels.

The large dining table offers seating for four, with additional bench seating. We also provide coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt, and pepper to help you settle in.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, two bedside tables, and lamps.

The second bedroom is designed with families and groups in mind. It includes two sets of double-over-double bunk beds, accommodating up to eight people in the bunk beds alone, along with a sofa, 43-inch Smart TV, gaming console, lamp, and side table.

The condo has two bathrooms. The main bathroom features a shower, while the ensuite bathroom includes a large shower, generous counter space, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT ACCESS
Located directly on Moguls Track, this property offers exceptional ski-in/ski-out convenience. Ski directly to the building and enter through the designated doors on floors 6 or 8, then take the elevator to your private penthouse on floor 10.

From the building, you can access Moguls Track and connect to the Plaza Chair, Ridge Rocket, and Snow Ghost chairlifts. Whether you`re heading out for first tracks or returning after a full day on the mountain, you`ll love having the slopes right outside.

The village is approximately a five-minute walk away, with restaurants, shops, a market, and access to the gondola to Happy Valley all close by. Once you arrive, you can park your car and enjoy the mountain without needing to drive around.

Some of our favourite local spots include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace Smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi, and Cabin Kitchen + Bar.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, along with one assigned underground parking stall. Entry to the building, parkade, and condo is provided through a secure door code shared before arrival.

Guests also have access to the building`s communal hot tub, sauna, games room, ski locker, and ski waxing room. Please note that the hot tub and sauna are seasonal and open during the winter season.

Please park only in your assigned underground stall. Additional vehicles must use the Happy Valley parking lot, where paid parking permits are required.

AMENITIES & ESSENTIALS:

We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. Your stay includes free Wi-Fi, cable TV, streaming services, a washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen.

We also provide bed and bath essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap.

Please bring your own login details and subscriptions for any streaming platforms you wish to use.

PARKING INFORMATION:

One underground parking stall is included with your stay. Additional overnight parking is available at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot by permit only.

Overnight parking is $25 per night, per vehicle, and weekly parking is $125 per week, per vehicle. Trailers are not permitted. RV and camper parking is $50 per night, with a maximum of seven nights per season.

Permits are required for overnight parking. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner`s expense. Parking fees and availability are subject to the resort`s current rules.

PET POLICY:

We welcome one dog with prior approval. An additional pet fee of $75 applies and will be added to your reservation. Please contact us before booking to confirm approval.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping of tobacco, cannabis, or any other products is prohibited inside the condo, on balconies, and throughout all common areas and grounds. A $200 fine applies per incident, in addition to any applicable cleaning fees.

Our properties are best suited for independent travellers. We are happy to help and will work quickly to resolve any issues, but we are not a 24/7 concierge service. Whenever possible, please plan to check in before 8:00 PM. Calls after 8:00 PM should be reserved for emergencies.

You`ll receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival, along with a comprehensive welcome book in the condo containing Wi-Fi information, property details, and our favourite local recommendations.
