Vi kom ganske sent etter en lang kjøretur fra forrige destinasjon. Hovedrestauranten var stengt men den andre hadde åpent slik at vi ville rekke å få noe mat før vi gikk til sengs. Da vi kom ned hadde de stengt før tiden og det eneste vi kunne få var noe overpriset clubsandwich med potetgull.(!) Øvrige fasiliteter fikk vi ikke benyttet oss av da vi dro etter frokost neste dag som forøvrig var helt ok. Vi vil imidlertid stille spørsmålstegn ved den femte stjerna på dette stedet, den var stedet ikke verdt!

Flott hotell i fine omgivelser. Fantastiske senger, og hyggelige oppholdsområder. Frokosten stod ikke helt til forventningene man har til et femstjerners hotell. Savner også treningsfasiliteter.

Wonderful stay
Absolutely perfect place to stay. Immaculate service in great setting. The room was newly refurbished and was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful. Finally, the quality of food at the restaurant was out of this world. Would 100% recommend this to stay.

Beautiful property . The staff are helpful and kind and warm . The service is very above the average . Also , the dining is memorabke and exceptional . The dining staff are very attentive, we’ll dress for a nice dinner , knowledgeable of the food and they make you feel relax . There’s something with their happy aura that makes you smile . That is a plus when going for a fine dining . Also, food is fantastic/ delicious and presentation is way above the average .

From the moment we arrived, staff were fabulous. Friendly and helpful - their service levels really made the difference compared to elsewhere we stayed. The restaurant was unfortunately closed the evening we stayed but they made excellent recommendations. Breakfast was excellent! Our whole experiencewas way better than expected and better than the 5 star we had in Reims. We'll return - thank you to the team.

This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed staying here. Large, comfortable rooms! Staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, made reservations, and was friendly. The bar is open 24 hours and is a great way to relax, end the day, and meet other travelers.

The property is very nice, well located and in all physical aspects acceptable and comfortable. I would stay here again. However, we had difficulty & miscommunication with the staff regarding reservations and other basic issues (not related to language as my wife is French speaking). It became such an issue that I finally canceled our table in the hotel restaurant and booked elsewhere because it seemed service was an overall concern (restaurant reservations not confirmed by the concierge, femme de ménage entering the room without knocking, etc).

Excelente hotel, atendimento muito gentil e acolhedor. O quarto era bom, e o banheiro muito novinho e excelente. Tinha uma boa máquina de café que usamos bastante. O restaurante precisa de reserva mas é um espetáculo à parte, uma excelente experiência gastronômica na cidade.

They charged us at check out despite full booking was paid beforehand. This was frustrating and had to go through admin to get it sorted. It kind of ruined the experience.

Arrivé dans un bel environnement boisé peut-être un espace d’accueil extérieur un peu petit. très bon service voiturier et de prise en charge de la réservation. La suite est bien aménagée très propre la salle de bain très bien garnie . Prendre l’apéritif dehors sur la terrasse extérieur de l’hôtel est très agréable avec un personnel de qualité. Petit déjeuner de qualité … le niveau annoncé est respecté . Seul regret nous n’avons pas pu manger au restaurant étoilé car il n’y avait plus de place malgré ma demande répétée…aucun effort n’a été fait de ce côté là
