This accommodation is ideal for exploring the natural and cultural heritage of the Vendée region, including the Historial de la Vendée (9.8 km), the Logis de la Chabotterie (12 km), the Château and Lake of Apremont (18 km), and the city center of La Roche-sur-Yon (25 km). For a trip to the coast, the nearest beaches are those of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (41 km). The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, a living/dining/kitchen area, and upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) (available upon request when booking), as well as a shower room/WC. Outside, you'll find a private terrace with garden furniture, a gas griddle, and sun loungers. You will also have access, shared with the owners, to a large property where you can see two orchards, a pond with a beehive nearby, and local farm animals: chickens, a rooster, and cows grazing for part of the year.

The accommodation is attached to the owners' house and is located near a cattle farm. Access to the cottage is via a paved road.
