Bright 2BR/1BA Lowcountry cottage in Beaufort’s Historic District, just a short walk to the waterfront, coffee shops, restaurants, and a playground, or drive a few minutes to downtown, the arts district, and the Spanish Moss Trail.
Perfect for families, couples, or small groups to enjoy coffee on the back deck, unwind by the fire pit, or simply relax on the couch after exploring the SC beaches/parks with our complimentary beach pass.
Our complimentary beach pass comes with access to South Carolina beaches and state parks. This includes free admission to the historic lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park and the historic Atalaya Castle at Huntington Beach State Park.

Inside:
- Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen that opens onto the back deck, ideal for staying in to cook family meals or enjoy late night drinks
- Living room with large comfortable couch (also is a queen sleeper sofa) and smart TV
- Primary bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space
- Second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king bed with advance notice) and ceiling fan
- Full bathroom with shower and tub
- Dining room with seating for 4 - or can also be the perfect spot to work from home (if you must!)
-Washer/dryer with complimentary laundry supplies
Outside:
- Back deck with patio furniture

- Big backyard for your pup and/or kids to run around

Location:
Our home is located across the street from a wonderful park and playground and is about a mile walk from downtown Beaufort’s Waterfront Park.
Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island Beach which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. We are 45 minutes from Hilton Head and 1.5 hours from Charleston.
Taxi service and Ubers are available, but having a personal vehicle is recommended if you wish to see all the attractions that the area has to offer!
🐾 Pet-Friendly
- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (2 max) with a $125 per-dog fee.
Please note:
- We have a fully fenced yard, but the back fence is our neighbors not ours and there may be small holes around the property, do not leave dogs unattended outside.
- This does not cover any damage or yard clean up
- No cats (due to allergies)
*Dogs must be disclosed at booking and prior to arrival.
ℹ️ Additional Notes
- Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start up toiletries are provided.
- While we try to minimize disturbances, We regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
- No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)
Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
