«Helpful and nice staff. The receptionist spoke very good English. But most of all the service was exceptional. I forgot my AirPods at the hotel and noticed it when I arrived at the airport. The hotel quickly organised the delivery of the AirPods before my flight. They went the extra step to give more than expected service.»

«This hotel does not deserve a 9/10 rating, it's a very dated hotel with a lack of comfort and worn rooms, bathrooms and hallways. Funky smell and humidity. The common areas, lobby and conference rooms seem nice enough. The gym lack serious equipment. Staff is good. Restaurant food is good, but the place lacks charm. All in all, the standard of this hotel is not 9 out of 10 and does not correspond to what we would expect from the brand name Crowne Plaza. Would not stay here again.»

«The hotel is nice and it's also well and centrally located in Miraflores. The breakfast is great, coctails are good and the athmosphere quite nice too. I have one big complaint though: the "taxi" they ordered for me. I travel to Peru several times a year and usually a taxi between the airport and wherever in Miraflores costs 50 soles with a good company and in a nice car, like Taxi Green (to be found easily in the airport) or Taxi Satelital. Of course you can travel cheaper, with less comfort. ...
