«We didnt get the room we ordered with two beds (2 adults + 2 teens) because they didnt have any room available even though we ordered the room months ago. Instead of upgrading to a better alternative we got a room with one bed and a sleepingsofa that was to small for 2 adults/teens to sleep in. The sofa had a thin mattress and even with an extra duvet over you could still feel the springs in your back when lying down (noone here is overweight btw). We contacted our bookingcompany and were able ...

«We had a pleasant check-in and overall a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the payment process. When I first arrived, I was asked to provide a card and a hold was placed on it. When I returned later to collect my room key, I was asked again for a card. I provided a different card and was told that I had not been charged the first time. A different amount was then placed on the second card. However, both amounts were later permanently deducted ...

«Møkkete hotell med frekk betjening. Ingenting fungerte. Lange køer i innsjekk og utsjekk. Fremsto som underbemannet. lite behjelpelige. Svært møkkete rom. De eneste som var veldig profesjonelle var de på valley parking. »

«Et hotell eg absolutt kan anbefala»

«They truly exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, offering direct views of the ocean. My first-floor room featured sliding doors opening onto a private deck area. The spacious outdoor area included a hot tub, pool, tables and chairs, lounge chairs, and more, all complemented by tall heaters for cooler mornings and evenings. The staff was helpful, friendly, and readily available. For anyone looking to stay along the Pacific Ocean in San Diego, I highly recommend this hotel.»
