«No prior communication for guest arriving late.»

«Tutto perfetto, clima famigliare, colazione perfetta, abbondante, varia e con prodotti tipici. Camera spaziosa, pulita e luminosa»

«They said the reception would be open until 19.00. When we tried to get bedsheets for the third bed the staff were nowhere to be found. During check in they needed ID, instead of saying that everyone needed to show theirs, they told us one by one that we needed to bring our passports, when apperently ID was good enough. This made our chek-in prosess extreamely lengthy. Furthermore the prossess to park our car was a hassle, and the information they gave us was wrong. On the other hand, the beds ...

«Soggiorno molto piacevole!

«Feels like brand new, beautiful location outside of Trento, super helpful staff»

«This hotel is not located in the castle, even though it may look that way in the photos; you have a direct view of the castle from the room. You check in online, and there is no reception. It is very well located in the city, and the room was very nice and clean.»
