«Loved the property and the amenities offered! The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and absolutely amazing. The pools were also well-heated and very enjoyable. Although they were a bit smaller than I expected, they were fantastic nonetheless. The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the overall fantasy-themed experience. I had expected the staff to embrace the fantasy element a little more, perhaps through themed uniforms, character interactions, and a more ...

«I didn't like the refrigerator area and the legs were broken off. Also didn't like the paint job in several areas.»

«We love this place. The front desk workers are always very nice and efficient.»

«Patio door in the first room I was given didn’t lock. Front desk lady was really nice about it and got me another room. Neither room was particularly clean. Spots all over the walls. Held all the towels up to try and find one without some kind of spot or stain. I was tired and eventually just settled on the lesser of evils. Probably just the time of year, but HVAC unit smelled and bothered my sinuses. Again, these things do need to burn off junk when they go to heat mode, but think it was also ...

«Easy to get to. Very nice place.»

«Vi var skuffet, da hotellet ikke svarte til beskrivelsen og forventningene. Det var en utrolig dårlig lukt på rommet, som ga oss ubehag. Anbefales ikke.»

«The check in was easy and quick. The room was very plain and very clean.»

Tub/shower needs updating. Turned on the heat (the knobs were really dirty. I cleaned them so I can touch them) and smelled like burnt popcorn. I shined flash light in the AC/Heat vent and it was pretty disgusting. Lobby not welcoming. Worn and torn furniture ( room and lobby). Very dirty front lobby doors. It was a ...

«Hotel pool was out of order when we arrived. General cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was poor from pool area to room. Bathtub and ceiling had a substantial amount of mold/mildew and room had a poor smell. Price was under $60/night so I cant be over critical.»

«This was a terrible stay. My husband and I got into our room and it was so hot and the AC until did not work. There was also garbage left from someone else. We switched rooms however then in the new room a dirty towel had been left in the bathroom, hair on the shower curtain, and hair in the towels. It was absolutely disgusting. My husband also bought water and a soda from the vending machine and they were warmer than room temperature. The water also expired in September. When we checked out ...

«Needs an update. Lighting was poor. Flooring was warped. Couch/loveseat needs to be tossed and replaced.»

«The address to (quality inn) brought us to an abandoned boarded up building. I called them twice to ask where the hotel is. They told us it was by a pizza pub. and it was no longer quality inn but now comfort inn,We drove to the pizza pub but it was not there. We drove around and around but could not find it. We directions from a different hotel to find it across the road from the abandoned building.»
