Welcome to our Breezy, Bayside, Beach house!

The sweetest, most charming little spot- on a quiet family friendly street! Our home is equipped with amenities to provide you with a wonderful beach vacation. The house sleeps 8 comfortably, equipped with 3 charming bedrooms (queen, double, twin bunkbed), 1 bath, outdoor shower, and queen sleeper sofa, providing the perfect setup for a family vacation and entertaining guests.

The location is ideal whether you prefer the bay and the beach. Located on one of the skinniest parts of the island, you are steps to the bay and a short walk to the beach. Don’t miss the epic sunset views from the living room picture window or when grilling from the spacious deck. This ranch style house has no stairs which provides easy access, and keeps you connected with the outdoors. A short walk to the beach makes day and afternoon trips a breeze. Louisiana ave (105th) is located on a stop light avenue for safe and convenient crossing; no frogger experience required ;). A life guard post is located conveniently on Kansas ave(104th). The block itself quiet and family friendly location without through-traffic.

Our home is currently being completely re-furnished by a well-loved local interior designer (pictures coming soon). Coastal chic decor and all the family friendly conveniences of home at your fingertips. Including new beds/mattresses, sofa bed, kitchenware, and lighting.

We are parents too; feel free to use our sound machine, pack-n-play, folding toddler bed, and bucket of beach toys for your little ones. We love the Nature Trail at nearby Hideaway Cove which winds and loops through varied vegetation, including holly stands, cedar stands and a tall, and double-trunked Japanese black pine. The trail finally leads you down a wooded path to picnic tables bayside- bring your lunch and enjoy the breeze! Drop our inflatable boat in the bay at the end of the block or take our bikes for a ride down the BLVD. Walk to Jersey girl for lunch (5 min walk) or Nardi’s for a cocktail (10 min walk) or head down to Bay Village (5 min drive). The house features a level 2 EV charger with J1772 connector, keyless entry, high speed WiFi, new A/C, TV with Netflix, hulu, prime, and Disney+.
