"We had a pleasant check-in and overall a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the payment process. When I first arrived, I was asked to provide a card and a hold was placed on it. When I returned later to collect my room key, I was asked again for a card. I provided a different card and was told that I had not been charged the first time. A different amount was then placed on the second card.
However, both amounts were later permanently deducted from my accounts instead of being released as temporary holds. This was disappointing and created unnecessary stress after an otherwise good stay.
I hope the hotel improves its payment handling process to avoid similar issues for future guests."
