«Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.»

«The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! »

«There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.»

«You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment ...

«Amazing stay and the most lovely and accommodating host!! The location could not be more perfect and the views are insane! "I've stayed here a couple of times and love this hotel. My favorite is the outdoor patio area with fireplace and where you can enjoy morning cofees and late night drinks. Restaurant is cozy with great food. Small gym, but has all the essentials for a good workout. Pool area and bar is very nice. All the rooms we've had have been in very good condition. A couple of things they could improve is the timing of the room cleaning. Our room was not serviced until 5-6pm most days during our week which is not very conventient as that is the time we were returning to the room. This was the same on my last stay so it seems to be consistent. Also, the breakfast area music was way too loud making it difficult to talk so we took our breakfast elsewhere after the first few days."
