«Lovely property with deck overlooking the ocean. Sit and watch the pelicans glide by. Easy walk to Ocean beach restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Access down to tide pools just a block away. Great that the place has its own parking space. Very well maintained. Host gave great instructions. Highly recommend!»

The unit and building is not in the luxury category as its somewhat dated, but the beachfront location, patio views, parking and convenient access to all SD has to offer makes up the difference. Besides, a trip to SD should be more about experiencing the city than hanging around a condo. We slept well - fresh air and the waves are the only thing you hear. One small disconnect was figuring out the cable tv set up and problems with service in the 2nd ...

«Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. The owner has a great manual for any questions/ recommendations for places to go. But really I would just recommend ...

«The condo was very clean and well kept. We stayed here last week, my family and two others. 4 children in total ages 1-4. It worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is a big plus even though one of the spaces is a little tight. Makaela was awesome and always very responsive to communications when I reached out to her.»

«Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance.
