«Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level.»

«Great hotel. Elegant and well maintained. The only issue was the restaurant. We had planned a special celebratory dinner before a graduation ceremony at nearby Symphony Hall but never received our entrees because the waiter forgot to put in our orders.»

«Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality.
We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half ...

«I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc»

«Parking garage is valet only $50 a day
Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking.
Street parking is free after 6 until 7am.
Outside smells like GMO weed.
Breakfast was great, staff was friendly.
Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either.
Overall I was still satisfied with my stay»

«Our first time, staff was wonderful! Especially Pedro, who help us get around. The gym room was in great shape. Enjoyed our deluxe room stay. Great location to everything. Beautiful hotel and lobby area. We ate at Rodeo Bar. The staff there was also wonderful. Also a great coffee shop inside for those mornings caffeine.»
