«A jewel in St Augustine. This hotel is very clean and all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We started our day at the included breakfast area. A very nice assortment of items. Our waitress , Melinda, was so friendly she made breakfast a pleasure. The view from our room was tranquil in the am and lively at sunset. We did not use the pool but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would return »

«This is a nice B & B in the beautiful historic district in St Augustine. It is in walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see or do. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Management did move our room from upstairs to the first floor, as my husband has some health issues, and we appreciated this. »

«Location is good. Big bedrooms, but only two sets of towels when four beds and four persons. Vinyl floor is tired and makes the room feel cheap. Dust on the sofa, but the floors were extremely dirty! Blackened our socks and feet. It felt so nasty. We booked another hotel for the next night because it was so unpleasant to stay in such a dirty place. Another couple also complained about the dirry floors. I cannot believe nobody had mentioned it earlier - those floors did not seem like they were ...

«The hotel and rooms smell very clean but after taking my shoes off in my room, it was obvious not all areas had been swept/vacuumed. Location is the best! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The condition of the room itself could’ve been better for a Hilton. Maintenance is not a priority here. One of our lamps wasn’t working, the bathroom vent fan was broken and there was no AC going to the bathroom. The room thermostat was off by several degrees- having to set it to 66° to make the room 70°. ...

«The hotel was nicely located near a good restaurant, at a nice downtown location near the pier, with very accessible parking. The room was ready earlier than expected and they were even cool with us parking a bit past our check-out time which made lunch on our last day that much easier. Definitely recommend!»
