This dual level home offers two units. This is for the rental of the upstairs unit ONLY which will have exclusive use to the Adirondack chairs - NO POOL ACCESS.

Upon arriving at the Ocean Bay Park ferry dock, take a quick 2-3 minute walk up to the ocean where you will find Gatsby's, with sprawling decks on each level of this home. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, head to the third deck you will feel like you’re on top of the island sitting in one of the two oversized cushioned Adirondack chairs, perfect way to start or end the day!

When the evening is settling down you and your guests can enjoy the indoor living area. Living Room has generous seating equipped with smart TV and sound bars. One of the many favorite things guests noted about the living room is the double sliding glass doors letting in the fresh breeze and allowing for easy indoor/outdoor entertainment.

On the upper deck where you will find the hot tub overlooking the ocean, additional entertainment space, outdoor couches overlooking stunning ocean views. Rinse off the sand(please) in the two outdoor shower. Head up to the third deck where you can sit and relax day or night in one of the two GFCs (giant friggin chairs) Adirondack's.

Be assured everyone will be comfortable in one of the four bedrooms (Sky Level Sleeps 12). Each bedroom has recessed lighting, window ACs, large closets, dresser space, and wifi throughout.

No shortage of space when it comes time to get ready either. With 3 full bathrooms amongst the entire home, one of those with connecting outdoor showers, perfect for those who don’t want to miss a moment outside. No need to overpack or go home with dirty clothes either, washer and dryer units are also available.

The top level is accessible by a spiral staircase with one king bed and two twins that can be arranged as a king size bed or kept separate and a full bathroom. The entire space bright with sunlight and breezes seeping in from the skylights throughout.

Three additional bedrooms are located on the second level. Off of the kitchen offers a queen bed and two lofted twin beds, with a bathroom and connecting outdoor shower. Bedroom located towards the front of the house has a queen bed and sofa, third bedroom has a queen size bed.

Whether you choose to cook indoor our out on the grill, we want to make it as easy by providing the cooking utensils, supplies and propane. Kitchen include dishwasher, electric stove, microwaves and fridge/freezer with room for all your groceries. Upper level has seating at the kitchen table for 8.

Enjoy the day at the beach just a few steps away from the house making it simple to come back to grab lunch or cool off in the shade.

OBP is less restrictive when it comes to enjoying the beach. Bring your cooler and your dog. (this isn't Ocean Beach)

The nearby Village of Ocean Beach is a quick 10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk for more dining, shopping & entertainment options.
