«Overall, I had a good experience here.»

«This is what appears to be a very new and modern Hampton Inn. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I learned that when we arrived that I had accidentally booked my stay to start a day later and I was very impressed with the staff person’s ability to quickly adapt and adjust for my error. We were able to stay in the same room for the duration and I simply had to rebook the room the next morning which only took a few minutes. The room was spotless and the beds were quite comfortable. ...

«Friendly staff. A decent place to stay.»

«Clean room, easy entry into building location is in a very walkable neighborhood with bars and restaurants. Parking close by in back of building.»

«Booked and paid for a room through Expedia using Visa Debit. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was refused the room because I did not have a credit card for the deposit. I did not cancel and I was not a no-show. I was standing at the front desk trying to use the room I had already paid for. No accommodation was provided, yet the full $197 charge was still processed.

«When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did ...

«Set pleased with our stay. No issues at all.»
