Heating & Cooling:

Our home ducted heating and cooling throughout as well as an indoor wood burning fireplace to keep you extra cosy on those winter nights. BYO Firewood & starters if you wish to use the fireplace or firepit.



Parking:

There is ample space available for parking. Three spaces in an undercover carport and an extra two spaces outside next to the house.



Linen:

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.



Amenities:

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.



Wi-Fi:

High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the four-bedroom house of the homestead for their stay.



*Please note that this home is split into two separate dwellings. There is a 3 bedroom dwelling and a 4 bedroom dwelling.

Both dwellings can be booked for larger groups if needed, search for 'Old Alloway Homestead' if you require the entire homestead (7 bedrooms).

The neighbourhoods in Bathurst are characterised by a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational areas. The city centre is the hub of activity, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and businesses catering to both locals and visitors. The architecture in the city centre reflects Bathurst's colonial heritage, with many well-preserved buildings dating back to the 19th century.

Fireplace: As there is ducted heating, we do not provide firewood but guests are more than welcome to bring their own wood and use the fireplace if they wish.

Firepit: Guests can use in the cooler months, but must bring own firewood and fire starters.

I plan to give my guests space but am always available when needed.
