The cottage is smartly laid out across three generous bedrooms, each with their own climate control — so everyone gets a good night's sleep regardless of the season. The light-filled living area is a natural gathering spot, and the patio is just right for a glass of something local at the end of the day. The well-equipped kitchen means you can cook in comfort, or simply use it as a base between meals out in Bathurst's excellent dining scene.





THE LOCATION

Guests can expect to be spoilt for choice with an array of nearby iconic cafes and restaurants, heritage parks, eclectic boutique shopping, and vibrant bars. Treat the group to a visit to the beautiful Machattie Park, a must-visit Victorian park with stunning gardens, a duck pond, and an elaborate water fountain. Visit the mesmerising Ohkuma Japanese Garden, venture to the heritage-listed Abercrombie House, share some laughs at Bathurst Tenpin Bowling or Metro Cinemas, or treat yourself to some delicious coffee and cake at Crema on George. The Dudley Hotel is a comfortable 650m walk away where you can enjoy the company of family and friends in their newly refurbished family-friendly bistro or for happy hour drinks.



Perfect for families, the home is a short drive to Macquarie River play parks, walking trails, local tennis courts, and the aquatic centre.
