«Nice and cozy but need a place to unpack clothing. We stayed a week and had to live out of the suitcases… We did have a few bug issues but being n the woods some are to be expected. Outside the cottage needed to be hosed down from cobwebs, tree dropping, etc. but again being in the woods some is to be expected. Maybe put chair cushions on two bar chairs for comfort? Needed wash cloths for a week long stay. Overall we would stay again but plan better?»

«Cabin was as advertised, very homey. Had one very minor problem with a faucet and literally within 5 minutes of notifying owner, someone was there to take care of it. And it took only 5 minutes. Wonderful service. Have recommended to friends.»

«Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. »

«I am a dad that was doing a solo-trip up to see the area I grew up in. I just picked something cheap and easy.This property is great. The sound system, is amazing stayed up too late watching movies! Hahaha. I would be shocked if someone couldn't find a movie that they really enjoy in the available collection. "Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Enjoyed the extra hour for check out at noon. Only stayed for one night and unfotunatly the restaurant was closed that day, so did not get to try it. Will definitly stay at this hotel again"
