Thank you for doing a review for the hotel.All the equipment in our fitness room does work. We checked the soap dispensers in the bathroom and there was soap in the dispensers. If, there was a problem with the equipment or the soap dispensers, someone was at the front desk at all times, they could have helped you with any issues you were having.

We are sorry that you had problems during your stay. My front desk staff is available 24/7 to assist you with any issues you may have. We would have been happy to try and relocate you to a first floor room and provide you with extra towels, soap and shampoo if requested.
