I had a horrible experience here. After checking in, we went to our room to unload. Upon entering the property, we found bugs in our room, hairs in our sheets, mysterious liquids dripping down the walls and the entire room was disgusting and stink of cigarette smoke. We then went to the front desk to check out and make a complaint (due to the bugs), we discovered multiple doors to other rooms missing door handles and missing ceiling tiles throughout the hallways. We then waited almost 30 minutes at the front desk for the person to come out so we could talk to him. We knocked on all the office doors, the desk, we tried calling the hotel to see if someone would pick up, no one or nothing happened. We then left leaving a note saying we needed to cancel our reservation and that there were bugs in room 113. Do not stay here.

This was by far the worst hotel I have laid eyes on. First, the man at the front didn’t speak a word to us while checking in, it was ominously quiet and the hotel stunk of musk and cigarette smoke. The key cards did not work at first, and when we finally got in, there was blood stains on the sheets, a long clump of hair in the toilet seat and COCKROACHES in the room. We saw multiple within our 1 hour in the room before we had to pack up and leave. Worst experience ever, multiple showers are needed to rid my memory of this place.

The management of this property is horrible. Some staff tries to do what they can to help the guests with what’s available. Some staff refuse to do work and complaint about the process. Our toilet clogged during the day. We reported it to front desk. When we got back from a long day of activity we noticed that the clogged water is no longer there but nothing was cleaned up around including the room. We used the toilet and discovered that it’s still clogging. We reported the issue and the person in charge gave us a plunger and a mop and asked us to do it ourselves as there were no maintenance or cleaning staff available. No viable solution was offered and I ended up doing the work myself so our family can function the night. On our first night, we noticed roaches in our room. Front desk offered us a different room and we ended up moving with a toddler and a child. Was not fun but we had no choice. Second day the manager told us that we can’t use the water park. He went back and spoke to his staff and then told us we can with an attitude. Just overall I don’t know how someone like this is allowed to run a big brand like quality in. People like this will destroy your brand.

When I checked in, I was given a room on third floor. I could not get wifi connected. They said they would reset the router and it should work. It did not. The room phone was also not working so I had to go back and forth to the lobby multiple times telling them that wifi was not working. They were able to resolve it but it took them a few hours. Next morning when I woke up, I found out bed bug bites on my hands. When I mentioned all this to the hotel staff, the front desk person said that they will refund me, I just had to call expedia to get in touch with them to process the refund. I called expedia, they spoke with the hotel. This time, the hotel did not mention to expedia about a refund and they said they will review and get back to expedia. I hope I get my refund. Not a very clean place generally. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was in disrepair - drapes wouldn't close, bathroom sink cracked, bathroom fan incredibly noisy, the TV base was broken. There were no chairs in the room and we couldn't use the internet. Check-in was difficult, staff maintained we needed to pay again, despite having a receipt as we paid through Expedia on booking. Eventually gave us a terrible room and said we'd need to speak to the manager in the morning. Overall a bad experience, although the morning manager was pleasant and agreed we had paid as they had received the payment from Expedia. Ironically we chose Quality Inn over many others in the area thinking it would be "Quality"

Definitely stay away from this hotel. First, the hallways and room smelled strongly of cigarettes (we did not book a smoking room). The room also smelled like body odor and sewage. The furniture in the room was very run down and in bad shape. The sink was broken and there was even a cigarette burn on the sheets. We only stayed because we got in at 12:30am and just needed to sleep. When we notified staff while checking out, they did not care. I think they know they run a dirty trashy hotel and they don’t care. I don’t know how this place is in business still honestly. And to add on, the waterpark is only open Friday Saturday Sunday and this is not disclosed anywhere on their website. But from the other reviews I’ve now read, it sounds like we dodged a bullet there.

The place was really comfortable like any hotel people were there. The staff was very attentatiive. The children played for a long time in the water park area. We had no complaints.

This property has a bad odor. The room was stinky and dirty. I didn’t stay in the room 5 minutes before calling and getting a refund.

The hotel was close to Batavia Downs Casino where we were seeing a show but that was the only plus. The property was rundown on the outside and much worse inside. Everything felt old, the decor, the carpeting and the room was quite outdated. No safe, no refrigerator, no ashtray for a smoking room, very few outlets and the heater/air conditioner was so loud it sounded like it would break down any minute. The beds were comfortable enough but nothing had a crisp, just cleaned feel to it. the shower curtain had seen better days but the room was reasonably clean. The pictures on your site need updating. It shows A beautiful lobby & reception area-it was a huge room with virtually no furniture or decor. The pictures show a full breakfast in it's own room-the breakfast was laid out next to the reception desk and featured a tray of glazed donuts, oatmeal, cereal & coffee. We went to Denny's instead. If you want to stay near the casino and don't mind reliving another era then this place is for you. Otherwise, fine something that has been updated to this century.

Don’t stay here!
Dirty,filthy, mold, water stains, garbage everywhere. Stains all over the carpets. Elevators don’t work. No restaurant. Water park absolutely filthy. No concession stand like stated. Dog poop everywhere outside, all over side walk.

So arrived on a snowy day and let me tell you, the pictures on Hotels.com do not look like the actual place. I had to ask if I was in the right hotel. In their defense they seem to be remodeling... ughh I think! Check in was fine but took a nasty fall in their soaked hallway and that was the best part of my stay. Get to my room and first thing I notice, no tv remote. Called the front desk and none of the remotes they brought me worked so decided to shower instead of tv. Had to call them back because someone left their underwear on the shower rod so requested a new room which had a broken door latch and the toilet seat was also detached on one side. Also... no tv remote. By this time I said screw it, no time for booking somewhere else so went to bed, but hey at least the bed was comfy. Never again and if you ask me they should have paid me to stay there. Never again.

Awesomeness
It was a nice hotel. The room was nice. Especially the jacuzzi being open was great after a long drive. All the people were amazing that were staying there. The worker's were all very friendly and very helpful. The only negative thing i would say is there wasnt much at the breakfast at all but other than that it was amazing! Will definitely stay there again if im ever back in town

This hotel was beyond disgusting!!! The check in process was quick and easy, but my room was so dirty and completely run down. There were grease smudges on the mirror, my toilet was running (very loudly) and would not flush. The privacy lock on the door, did not work! I went back to the front desk to ask for a new room and was accommodated. The front desk associate walked me to my new room to ensure satisfaction and insisted coming into the room with me and I Ben let the door close behind him which made me uncomfortable. I agreed that it was ok because of the pressure I felt with him in my room. On his way out, he was completely inappropriate and decided to compliment me on my beauty. To no surprise the second room was also VERY dirty and run down. The second room had stains on the couch and floors, the wallpaper was ripped off, shower curtain was black at the bottom, many holes in the wall, cigarette burns in the comforters, and on the bedside tables. The heating and cooling system was turned OFF, but was still very loud and did not stop running all night. I traveled 4 hours away and did not arrive until about 9pm. With my late arrival and all of the issues, it was very hard to find another hotel within the area that was not going to charge me hundreds of dollars for the night. I was leaving at 6am to continue with my trip, so it left me no choice but to stay in this hotel. I was extremely uncomfortable and I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to a dog.

Staff was friendly. First room I had the door keys didn’t work. The staff member then upgraded me and my boyfriend to a king suite which was nice due to the inconvenience the first time. Then the one elevator was down when we first got there. Too bad they closed the restaurant that was in that hotel. Another thing we disliked was how small the dang bathroom was. Like come on now could use a bigger bathroom especially in a suite.

This place is horrible needs to be shut down disgusting. I wanted to leave iam sure there was bed bugs. No smoke dector in room it was torn apart batteries on floor crack in mirrior and sink toilet was broke . No garbage can in room . It was the dirtiest place i ever been . I will never go there . I cant believe this place is still running. The health department needs to come shut it down .

This property advertises right in their name that they have an attached waterpark. They don’t mention anywhere on their listings that the waterpark only operates on Saturday and Sunday for something like a 4 hour window of time. Hotel in general needs a major update. Wall paper coming off the walls, ceiling tiles that are water stained, furniture has stains, carpets are worn out, back door to the property doesn’t even lock shut so anyone has full access to the hotel rooms whether they have a reservation or not. Restaurant wasn’t functioning but there are quite a few places in the vicinity to eat and shop. The only real positive to this property was the actual staff, they all did a great job.
