«The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with ...

«I had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and service-minded and many of them spoke English. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite with a huge private roof balcony! The room was really comfortable, clean and very quiet. The area is a bit sketchy, however the location is convenient as the main railway station is only 3 minutes walking from the hotel, and also the city centre is reachable by foot in around 15 minutes. I will for sure stay here again should I return to Izmir!»

«This hotel is brand new, the rooms are great, bathrooms is excellent. The immediate area around the hotel is not excactly lively in the evenings, so we felt very alone some nights walking home, but we had no indications it was unsafe. The staff are falling over themselves trying to please the guests in every possible way, we felt we were treated like royalty.»
