This four bedroom luxurious home has all the extras to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

The space
This modern single level residence showcases generous light filled proportions, lovely garden outlook & multiple indoor-outdoor living zones providing the perfect place for the whole family to relax, retreat, entertain & recharge with ease.

Comprising a multi-functional floor plan with two living spaces both with large comfortable couches & a large dining room, all kept cosy with an electric fireplace & further complemented by a gourmet fully equipped stone kitchen & butler’s pantry with a suite of high end appliances (including dishwasher) & sliding doors opening out to an undercover alfresco space (with handy retractable sides so you can enjoy alfresco dining regardless of the weather) overlooking a lushly landscaped rear garden oasis.

Fabulous outdoor living comes to the fore with outdoor furniture including table, chairs & lounges to relax & read that book or just soak up the sun, a fire pit for quality family time when the sun goes down, a BBQ & a heated hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a fun filled day at the beach.

The property is set up to sleep up to eight guests & comprises a main bedroom with queen size bed, walk in robe & stylish ensuite (with shower), two additional bedrooms with double beds, a fourth bedroom with a double sofa bed & a sparkling central bathroom with shower, bath & separate toilet.

Bed linen, bath towels & basic cleaning items & vacuum cleaner are supplied, as well as books, board games, arts & craft supplies, a table tennis table & even a couple of paddle board, so you’re all set to make the most of the river side location!

Guests need only bring clothes, toiletries, beach towels, sunscreen & insect repellent.

The entire house is kept comfortable by ducted heating & evaporative cooling.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer & external clothes line.
There are two televisions - a large flat screen Smart TV in the rear living room & an additional Smart TV in the 4th bedroom.
Wi fi is available.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire rear yard & house however no access to the garage.

There is off street parking for two cars in the driveway.

Pets will be considered on request.
