«Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)»

«Everything was fine, except the bathroom wasn't clean. We got in late after a long day of driving and I didn't feel like saying anything to the hotel staff. But, there was dried pee spots around the floor by the toilet. Hair in the shower, sink and on the floor in the bathroom. Cleaned just enough to 'appear' clean. Really dislike remnants of prior people's stays when I'm in a hotel.»

«Adult couple visited from UK. Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful B&B in a nice safe part of town. 5-10mins walk to restaurants and bars. The place itself is quirky, but very clean. The rooms are big. The owner Bryan is a really nice chap and very friendly. The breakfast was superv and just enough. 100% staying here again. »

«We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not ...
