«Overall ok»

«Well, first I had asked for a room on first floor, which they had to change, but they did get it changed. It took a while. It was the exact same room I had stayed in before, but it was very dirty not cleaned at all. I don’t think they even changed the covers on the bed. The pillow smelt bad and there was dirt around the light switches and on the doors. It was pretty bad and it just smelled bad.»

«We a checked in and the process was was seamless. We were greeted with a wonderful smile and helpful information. We had a very clean room all the linens and everything was so clean that I immediately felt comfortable. I wish I had had time to use their gym and pool but it was a two day stay. I will definitely be a return customer. We were allowed to check out an hour later to rest. Thank you to the wonderful staff!»

«The mattress was too hard for us but breakfast was very good»

«Nice place and all was good. A bit pricey though.»

«Litt slitt hotell, men greit i forhold til pris. Rent rom. De glemte renhold på rommet noen dager, men fikk alltid nye håndklær når vi ba om det. Dårlig seng. Den var hard. Enkel frokost, men er som vi generelt har opplevd på andre hoteller i denne klassen i usa.»

«Very moisty rom. Clothes get vet. Have to use the dryer before I leave. Pool vas not clean and cleaning system off. Dirty water. Hard bed. »

«Not recommend to stay»

«I liked the pool and room was nice. Free breakfast and a shuttle from the airport would have been amazing»

«Breakfast food and staff were first rate. Housekeeping was suspect. It took me two days to get my sheets changed. The desk clerk kept telling me that she had contacted housekeeping, but they never came that first day. Second day it was 4 pm before they came and the hotel was fairly empty then. Ice machines on first and second floors haven't worked for 4-5 days. Day before check out came back from lunch and shopping and my key card didn't work, had to go back down to get it reset. Very ...

«The room was very clean and spacious. It was nice having a true kitchenette and nice size refrigerator. THe bed was comfy and the products in the bathroom were very nice. The breakfast needs some improvement for example the oatmeal was not fully cooked and the space is very tight. Besides that everything was fine.»

«Guy at the front desk was good, when I arrived the front desk clerk said I booked a smoking room, I had my child with me on vacation and would never booked a smoking room, I showed him my reservation on my phone, he still kept saying I booked a smoking room and he didn't have any nonsmoking rooms available, after going back and forth, he checked me into a nonsmoking room, the room floors wasn't swept or mopped, all of the surfaces in the room was dirty, ask the housekeeper to clean the floors, ...

«Rommet var rent, huggelig folk som tok oss i mot. Klagde over noe som bråket vel mye pg lenge ble tatt tak i med engang. Men basenget så ikke så veldig rent ut, kan vare slitasje. »
