This is a Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located on the top level of the building and a short walk to the Clubhouse Amenities Building. The unit sleeps up to 10 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a full over full bunk bunk bed and a queen bed in the loft. Banister in loft area looking down to living and dining areas has been childproofed by adding black mesh to railing. The unit has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area. There are two private decks accessible from this condo, both with different views. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens. This is not a Pet or Allergy Free condo.
