«Kort overnatting på vei fra Washington DC til Nashville. Hotellet fungerte greit til det, men renholdet var dårlig. Vi er 5 i familien og det var kun ordnet senger til 4. Vi måtte selv ordne sovesofaen og da ble vi dessverre bekreftet i at renholdet ikke var bra.»

«Good clean room for the stay.»

«Had bugs in the room. Breakfast would be better if it had any protein. The people above us were rolling their chair, sounded like a motorcycle.»

«Room was great, clean, bedding wonderful. Bathroom does not have a fan...terrible. Shower curtain not wide enough, water gets on floor. Worst shower head ever.»

«The room was in good condition and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. It was a great value.»

«Kelly of the housekeeping staff really went above and beyond in helping us find a stepstool solution so my wife could get back up into our truck. Kelly also helped get her wheelchair into the room. Otherwise, our Accessible room was very clean, but didn't have a single USB outlet -- understandable with an older facility, but disappointing. The breakfast was pretty minimal (no fruit, the few pastries were somewhat stale, etc.), we had to find the coffee and make a new pot (staff nowhere to be ...
