- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), sofa, shelves and washbasin

- Laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An unfenced gravelled area of 21 m² with furniture (1 table and 4 chairs) to enjoy the warm weather, plus a parking space.
