Situated right on Lake of the Ozarks, this home boasts sweeping lake views and a private dock, and is just a short boat ride away from several popular lakefront restaurants and resorts. Whether you want to fish, swim, or explore the lake by paddle boat (provided), this home offers all the essentials for a fun and relaxing lake vacation. Located only 35 minutes from Bagnell Dam Strip, you’re close to popular restaurants, bars, and shopping while still enjoying the tranquility of a picturesque lakeside home.

🔥 PRIVATE DOCK, FIRE PIT, KAYAKS & MORE
Enjoy the outdoors with your private boat dock, a fire pit, and access to kayaks and paddle boats for your personal use. We are on a busy part of the lake so the water can be rough at times. The expansive deck overlooking the lake spans the length of the house, perfect for soaking in the stunning views or gathering with friends and family. Unwind by the fire pit in the evening and enjoy yard games, with more amenities being added soon!

🏠 SPACIOUS FAMILY LIVING IN TWO CONNECTED DUPLEXES
The home offers plenty of room for large groups, with two connected duplexes designed for comfort and featuring stunning lake views from many rooms. Upstairs, each side features a living room with pull-out couch, a half-bath, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs, each side has another cozy living area, offering two king bedrooms with ensuites, two other bedrooms with ensuites (2 queen beds, a bunk bed (single over double). By staying in the two units together, there is room for up to 20 guests, ensuring everyone has plenty of space.

Since this is a duplex there is a parking lot that is shared and the upper and lower deck is open to both side but full decks/patios for each side. Plenty of extra parking in the neighborhood, just check with us if you have concerns.

We are about 20 minutes from town. The home is right on the Lake of the Ozarks and from the water we are very close to several popular restaurants and resorts. There are close neighbors so we do ask that you observe a quiet time when you are outside after 10 pm

If you’re familiar with Lake of the Ozarks you’ll understand why we want you to know that we do have blacktop all the way to the house. There’s plenty of room to park two maybe three cars. In the summertime there are water taxis if you want to travel by water and don’t have a boat. Since we live so close to several restaurants/bars were often willing to give guests a ride too, just ask!
