✦ Guest Access

You’ll receive a unique electronic door code prior to check-in for easy, secure self-entry. Guests have full private access to the home, grounds, and all on-site amenities during their stay.

Pickleball paddles/balls and basketballs are typically available for guest use; however, availability cannot be guaranteed, so you’re welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.

We do not provide fishing equipment, so guests planning to fish in the pond should bring their own gear.

For paddleboarding, life jackets are available, but we recommend bringing properly fitted jackets for maximum comfort and safety.

Ample on-site parking is available in the driveway and front lot. No street parking is required.

✦HOT TUB – No glass, food, bubbles, bath salts, or oils in or near the hot tub. Shower before use and wear proper swim attire (no street clothes). Professionally serviced after every stay. Misuse requiring draining, additional cleaning, or repair may result in additional charges.

✦POND SAFETY – The pond is unfenced. Children must be supervised at all times near the water.

✦AMENITIES – Amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or seasonal conditions. If something isn’t working as expected, notify us right away. We are highly responsive and will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues promptly.

✦ AGE – Primary booking guest must be 25+. Children welcome with parents or legal guardians.

✦OCCUPANCY – Maximum 12 guests. All guests must be included on the reservation.

✦ SECURITY CAMERAS – Exterior cameras are in place for guest and property safety. No interior cameras.

✦QUIET HOURS – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

✦NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Gatherings exceeding the registered guest count are not permitted.

✦NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Not permitted inside the home.

✦ UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS – We are not responsible for weather, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended.

✦PETS – Not permitted due to severe allergies.

✦RURAL SETTING – This is a rural property. Despite regular pest control, occasional insects or wildlife may be present. Please store food properly and dispose of trash securely.
