Outside, you will enjoy a cosy garden with a sofa corner, as well as a dining area equipped with a barbecue to fully enjoy the fine weather. A veranda fitted with a bar area, a plancha and a dining table complete the facilities. Ideally located, the house is only 550 metres from the first beach, perfect for enjoying the sea all day long and admiring magnificent sunsets.



Inside, upon entering you will discover a dining room area, followed by a separate living room with sofa and television. Further on, the fully equipped kitchen puts at your disposal ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. You will be able to share your meals around the dining table and relax in the living room area with its sofa and television.



The accommodation has three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a master suite with double bed (140 x 190cm) and private en-suite with WC.

Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190cm) and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (90x190cm) as well as children's books. Please note that the double bedrooms do not have windows.



A second bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet is also available to you. A washing machine is present in the accommodation.



The terrace of the house is adjoining that of a friendly café. In summer, there can be background music until around 11 p.m.



The accommodation does not have private parking spaces, but free parking spaces are available on the street.
