«The best experience ever. The staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. Anything we needed they offered to do. My wife even wanted to try a local dish not on their menu, they went to the market and prepared it specially for us. We were fine with directions to a local restaurant that served it. 10/10. Must stay here.»

«Ok service at check in an location is calm and safe. The room was “cleaned” but felt dirty - most areas was just cleaned swift with a cloth and not really clean. The cold water tap could not be opened in the bathroom - notified the reception and the promised to fix it but never did. The wifi didn’t work in the room had to go outside. The pool are is nice and a 10 min stroll to a nice beach»

«Our stay at Blue Monkey was incredible from start to finish. The property is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Every employee we encountered was kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were well taken care of. «Had a great 5 day trip here. Beach was beautiful, property was nice. Was a bit concerned about the food from reading previous reviews - after experiencing it myself I have no complaints and was very happy with the meals.
My only complaint was room ran a bit smaller the expected however, what made this resort special was the beach, the dine around program offered, and the staff.
From Mya to helping us with check in/check out, and the general manager being extremely friendly. Special shoutout to ...

«Amazing amenities but there could be better food options as I am veg and I was eating the same things everyday. Also I feel like communication was lacking. My partner was trying to organise a private dinner but did not get any updates until an hour or so before we wanted the dinner saying they were not able to do it for us. We got engaged on the trip and my partner was trying to organise something with the hotel months in advance but again no one was responded to any of the emails he had sent so ...
