«The people and service are great. The location of the hotel is what brought me here in the first place. You can cross the street and go to the Mall and find anything you need. It’s specially great for families with kids as it has a pool and you can also walk to the mall and there are other attractions for the kids, including a movie theater. The pool is not that warm even though they told us it was heated. My only complaint was the Noche Buena dinner or the dinner for December 24th as the food ...

«Hotellet var fint, men da vi kom var det en veldig merkelig / sur lukt i gangene og på hotellrommet. Vi fikk byttet rom, som hadde noe bedre lukt. Rommene var ellers fine med safe, kjøleskap og Nespressomaskin og vannkoker. Det var et lite treningsrom der, som hadde helt enkle vekter og tredemølle og sykkel. Takterrassen med svømmebasseng var stengt pga renovering. Personalet var veldig vennlig og hjelpsom og wifi var stabil. Hotellet ligger i et fint og rikt område, med McDonald's restaurant ...

«The hotel was nice but we could not use the pool because it was under construction. This is not ok when we book a hotel with pool.. if we had know this we would have choosen another hotel.»

«Good service from the staff, most of the staff in the reception speak a little english. Good breakfast typical for Colombian hotels. Only bad things was I prefer beds that are not so hard, felt almost like sleeping on the floor, but that is rather normal in hotels all over south America. Only one channel with English speaking content ( BBC news). should be improved, I guess they don't have alot of English speaking guests, but most hotels in Colombia has more than 1 channel.»
