  • Dette er en totalrenovert premium loft-enhet med åpen planløsning og rikelig med belysning overalt. Kjøkkenet har helt moderne og oppdaterte apparater, for eksempel en komfyr med glassovn og en hurtigkoker-mikrobølgeovn Advantium 240v. Den dedikerte spisestuen har fire gjester. Det totalrenoverte master-badet har et strålende varme keramisk flisegulv for de kalde vintermånedene, samt et massasjedusjhode i dusjen / badekaret perfekt etter en lang dag på ski. En romslig stue er utstyrt med en peis med skiferherd og antikk mantel. For din glede, har stuen en stor flatskjerm-TV med kabel og trådløst internett. Unik innebygd ramme boarealet mens hele enheten er kablet med ti høyttalere for en stereoopplevelse i hele huset. Den møblerte balkongen i denne SSCC-bygningen med høyeste høyde, har utsikt over Sugar Mountain Ski Resort og Banner Elk med lang rekkevidde over Blue Ridge Mountains. Et nytt klubbhus er under bygging og estimert ferdigstillelsesdato vil være september 2020. Det vil ha et innendørsbasseng, boblebad, badstue, treningsrom. Eiendommen har også tennisbaner og utendørs grillområder.

First the good. Incredible location at the top of Sugar ski Mountain. Management on site was terrific. Great property with a lift that comes right to the condos. Overall the condo was niceIt needs some improvement. The sofa bed was not made up and is not at all comfortable. There were only 4 low quality towels in the room. The dinning area was very cramped for four people. The TV remotes were very confusing,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo located in Bldg. 11 away from the entrance & club house which makes you feel "in the mountains" more. The condo has a lovely layout, very well designed and nice decorator touches. We especially liked all the maps on the walls. The kitchen area was my favorite in particular the stove! It had everything we needed for cooking. You can see they spared no expense in equipping this condo. I loved the skylight and the view from the patio. The highlight were the 4th of July fireworks that exploded right in front of us! Best views ever! Only drawback was not being able to work the audio system to listen to music and the TV was not very smart or easy to work.

Reviewer Comments: clean, updated space. heated bathroom floor was nice. there was a brief leak from the skylight of which a piece has been ordered to repair. the "oven" is tricky--we did not use it but, get ready to read if you wish to. quite a hike to the "ski in/out, and clubhouse" but we had no problem just driving down with equipment. Pool/spa/sauna were awesome! would stay here again. it is appropriately priced.

The oven is really a microwave that is super complicated to work. The bed is very uncomfortable. One of the keys did not work and the lock rotor right prior to check out.

The condo was in good condition and the kitchen and bath updates were nice. The TV system is extremely hard to work even for my tech savvy fam. It is a long haul up and down the hill in ski boots and carrying gear to the actual slopes, way more than we expected. But it is nice to not have to drive and park at the resort lodge. It was super cold while we were there and our pipe froze then burst so we had no water in our bathroom all day on Saturday which was quite frustrating...i guess it’s part of having old buildings and pipes. I will say that maintenance was prompt in coming to check on it.

Great location to take advantage of Oma’s slope

One day water pipes were frozen and we can’t have a shower after being outdoor all day. Maintenance guy came next day and fixed immediately... he did a great job

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival around 10pm the condo we rented had no electricity so we had to wait about 20 minutes for the property manger. She was super nice and moved us to a new condo. It was nice with a good view. It was the perfect location. My only complaint is the water wasn’t that hot. After one person showered all the some what hot water was gone.
