NOTE:
1) Guests must be 25 or older to book. Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
2) Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs. Please review the house rules for additional details.
3) The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with contracted snow removal, but winter weather conditions can vary. We highly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles or tire chains during winter visits. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather, so we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
4) Additional visitors are not permitted unless a special request is made and approved by the host.
5) For your security and that of the property, we have exterior surveillance cameras monitoring the parking area, back deck leading to the cottage entrance, and the front door. There are no interior cameras.
6) We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnarounds.
7) For days without same-day turnarounds, early check-ins and late check-outs are available at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day's rate for over 4 hours.
8) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
