Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, elevator access, and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet with cathedral ceilings in the living and dining areas as well as the primary bedroom. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the top floor (upstairs, no condos above) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only.


Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Beautiful, spacious, and perfect!

We stayed for a long weekend to attend our daughter’s graduation from Appalachian State. The condo is even prettier than expected. We loved having a private bathroom for each bedroom. The view is amazing from the porch. The kitchen had every appliance we wanted! We were completely satisfied with the condo and we had a wonderful visit!

Family Ski Trip

Superb mountain condo! Very cozy, & was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable. There is 1 flight of stairs from the parking lot, but it also has an elevator. You have to see the view from the back deck in person! We will definitely stay again. The road to the condo is steep & a bit curvy but it is well designed. It is a 20 min drive to Sugar Mtn.

The best getaway!!

This property was fantastic! The view is superb. So clean. The beds were very comfortable. Super close to all the attractions. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend and would definitely be renting here again. Great place! Very well stocked in the kitchen and lots of clean towels. The indoor pool at the clubhouse was definitely a bonus! Overall great experience.

Mountain Getaway

The condo has a cozy cabin feel and is absolutely perfect! Beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. Easy to get to Sugar Mountain to ski and to Blowing Rock for dinner.

Great place with a spectacular view

We stayed here a week in January and it was everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, plenty of closet space. Each bedroom had a decent size bathroom. The views on the back porch are beautiful! We couldn’t get the gas fireplace to work but the heater for the condo worked just fine. It was centrally located for the area with lots to do. Grocery and restaurants were 10 minutes away. The mountain coaster 10 minutes. Grandfather mountain 20 minutes. Plus several ski resorts within 20-40 minutes away. There are 2 clubhouses, one with an indoor pool and the other with an outdoor pool and pool table and gym inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as pictured!

We enjoyed our stay! The online pictures and description were on point. The check-in process was very easy, even when we had to check in very late and after hours. The condo was very well decorated and clean. We cooked in the kitchen and found all items needed! It was helpful to have a few days worth of soap, spices and dishwasher tablets. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We had three teenagers with us who loved their roomy accommodations. We explored Sugar Mountain ski resort which was within 15 minutes drive. There were many things to do around the area, but we could have stayed in the condo and had a great stay just lounging there. The views from the balcony were beautiful. We would most definitely stay here again! My only suggestion would be to bring a few throw blankets for lounging in the living room, the wall is four doors to the balcony which allows for a beautiful view, but it is a bit drafty in there with the vaulted ceiling so that room stays a bit cooler than the bedrooms. Wonderful stay and beautiful place!

What a beautiful surprise! Great location, well appointed!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo! Very impressed with how well decorated, nice comfy beds and everything we need for the weekend. We we're super thankful we rented a 4 wheel drive. but the roads we're cleared quickly from snow and ice. Only thing we wasn't clear on was where to put the trash when we left. Close to Skiing at Beach and Sugar Mtn, the Alpine Coaster and Hawks Nest Tubing. Great location! All in all fantastic weekend and will definitely return.

Friends Getaway

Wow the views were incredible. We ventured out during the day to close by attractions but stayed in at night cooking in the well stocked kitchen. We loved sitting by the fireplace watching the clouds roll in. A relaxing weekend was enjoyed by all. We hope we can return next fall

Cosy condo

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! It had spectacular views, decorated nicely, fully furnished kitchen and bedrooms. We really loved being here. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. Very clean, safe and cosy! My only complaint..DO NOT TRUST GPS LOL you will get lost. Call ahead and speak to someone about how to get there. Luckily we got someone on the phone at 10pm who was happy to help. Great customer service!!
