Toller Service! Ich war mit dem Motorrad auf der Durchreise und habe eine Nacht im Courtyard übernachtet. Ich durfte kostenlos mein Motorrad in der Tiefgarage auf einem Stellplatz, der sonst nicht genutzt wird parken.

The hotel itself is like any other Courtyard by Marriott except that it felt like being stuck in a rave club and not a hotel due to the noise level coming from the rooftop private function that finished at 2.30am. And instead of offering to reimburse me for not having been able to sleep for alomst an entire night they appear to have charged me twice. Once through expedia and again at the hotel...

Amazing find in Banja Luka
New hotel, clean and with the world class service and friendly staff. Some things are different though - there is no room service, and unfortunately they don’t take deposit from your card at the time of check in, so you have to pay separately every time you take some drinks from the bar. Great buffet breakfast, and great outside patio. Overall, great stay, and I will always come back!
