"I’d like to thank the management for helping me solve a double booking problem when I booked 1 room mistakenly on 2 different booking platforms. One company refused to refund while the other worked with the hotel and obtained the refund for the additional room booked in error. Kudos to the kind and helpful front desk staff in helping sort out this issue. The room is beautiful and spotless. "Overall the trip was great the house was not bad, But the driveway is very rough on low riding vehicles. I also found it weird that during my stay the owner message to me to let me know he would be dropping off a snow plow at the house that day. I know it's their property and all it just felt weird as I paid thousands of dollars to be there."
