«The hotel is not in the hubbub of tourist-filled Banff. It's close enough to take advantage of all town amenities, but far enough away to be a respite. Such gorgeous rooms with magnificent views! Such a great restaurant! And the staff was so helpful in booking excursions, recommending all kinds of things, particular to what you want. This is the best hotel experience of our trip so far. Just cannot recommend highly enough.»

«It's a budget hotel with a great location. Don't expect amything fancy or even well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful. The building is old and the walls are very thin. The sheets and towels are not high quality but are sufficient. The mattress was alright but it was old and a little lumpy. The bathroom is functional but nothing fancy. However, the location was exceptionally convenient and it was a decent place to staff right in downtown. It's not worth the cost in any other place ...

«Clean and spacious rooms. Ask for no pet rooms if you don’t have a pet. Our room had a pet smell. Lovely manicured grounds. Staff were very helpful and booked excursions for us. Breakfast was delicious!! The crème caramel French toast was the best French toast ever!!»

«The view of the hotel was great and was only a 5 minute drive to town. When we got there, we were upgraded to a nicer room which was nice but the room lacked a full length mirror and the lighting was honestly horrible. It was hard to see what we were doing since there was only one overhead light and the rest were lamps. All the drains in the bathroom barely worked as well so it felt like the shower and sink were going to overfill. I would also bring your own pillow since the ones there feel like ...
