The room was nice and clean, I just wish they have microwave oven.. the propety was gorgeous. But the the one that stands out was the staff in front desk. Joel was amazingly friendly and was very nice. I appreciate his attitude and helped me book my gondola ride making it easy for us. I love his enthusiasm.

Our experience was awesome. Breakfast included is a plus. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating especially Rodney, he’s good on what he does very pleasant fellow.

Everything from the check in process to overall stay was great. Staff were so friendly. Will definitely be back at this hotel on our next Banff visit.

Check in was fast and convenient. Online check in meant the wait at the front desk was significantly less. Room was clean and ready. Front desk actually called 10 mins after check in to make sure everything met expectations.

When we arrived there was make up and hair on our sheets. We asked for the sheets to be changed and they came and handed us sheets instead of changing them themselves. I was in shock and trying to get my tired toddler to bed so we just changed the sheets. The next day in better light we see evidence of bed bugs on the top sheet that we didn’t use (many small blood spots - old blood not new) we scanned the room for bed bugs and didn’t see any so were just more grossed out than anything. I had to rush out to work. Once I was done work I provided lengthy feedback and asked for a discount. The manager told me it was my fault for not explicitly asking to be changed rooms. I received no discount, and was told I could’ve changed rooms At any point. I could not have, as I was at work and also trying to juggle my young family, it seemed kind of insane that it wasn’t their default response upon hearing my feedback at either times. Don’t stay here, it’s kind of gross.

I really loved this hotel. The design and decor is very clean cut and sharp looking. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice. Every part of our room was very clean and and for that matte, the entire hotel was very clean. The bed was so very confortable and it was very quiet so I had one of the best sleeps I've had in weeks. We had robes for going down to the hot tub area. The hot tub area was so nice and relaxing and also very clean. The parking was included along with a very nice breakfast, so very good value for your money. We will definately be back for sure. Thank you Banff Aspen Lodge :).

The views of the mountains was amazing. Every morning I woke up, looked out at the mountain, and said “Wow”! Desk staff was very helpful, especially Joel who made several recommendations for meals and adventures. Very close to everything in town as well as the bus stops. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The bathroom was clean and shower had very good water pressure. Loved the breakfast. On site parking was very easy to access and most of it was covered. The hot tubs were very clean and relaxing. Steam room was also clean. Outdoor fireplace on the front patio was a nice touch. The only thing I would change would be to add a small microwave to the room. I would highly recommend the Banff Aspen Lodge.

A wonderful property, with great amenities, hot tub , robes, upgraded facility, and walkable to all. The breakfast was a bonus, excellent staff. Only thing that needs updating is the chairs in the breakfast room.

We loved the outdoor hot tub with the falling snow it was magical. Nice and hot too. The stream room was nice. Lots of extra towels. Not sure where everyone was getting a housecoat from, but it would’ve been nice if we had them too. Probably have to ask front desk. The cafe is convenient and tasty. The complimentary breakfast was good. Great selection and fresh. Room was perfect for our family. Proximity to downtown was fantastic! We’ll be back.
