«1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com.
2. Room looks ok at first glance, but ALOT of dust and filth everywhere, only cleaned the most obvious places.
3. Got hungry around 21:30 and figured we would take our bike from the resort to the night market in Luang Prabang, to our surprise the gate to the hotel area was closed and it was not possible to get out. Nobody from the hotell staff was in the resort and we couldn't reach ...

«a lovely property with the most amazing staff especially the manager Mr Peehann.
Start with the property which was lovely, comfortable and clean with decent sized rooms. The hotel prepared a breakfast each morning with eggs but local pho was available. Additionally the coffee saffron was excellent.
The property has a great pool where one can relax and even the cross river boat isn't running and there was no bamboo bridge - the hotel arranged a free taxi into town every day.

«Simply fantastic! Great location and fantastic rooms. Very attentive staff and nice general ambience. Loved the breakfast with the best croissants I have ever had outside of France. Highly recommended!»
