The property and my room was very clean and well maintained. Checkin was not the best. The agent was greater me and asked if I was checking in. I said yes, gave him my name, but then He puts his head down and started texting in his phone while I was standing there waiting. I then said Hello are you texting because I thought maybe I missed something. He then said rudely, “ Yes I am. I’m scheduling my son’s hair cut appointment if that is alright with you!” I use to work for Marriott for 15 years so I know that this was not the appropriate way to greet a customer. Very disappointing start to a otherwise great stay.
