«this property is the worst. horrible customer service. we had tickets to a concert next door to the hotel. the concert was cancelled 24 hours prior to the show. we had a saturday check in and i contacted them early friday afternoon, and this staff did not have the decency to refund us our money because it was not cancelled 48 hours prior. this is 2026, give the customer a deserved break. will never stay at this hotel again.»

«Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside.»

«Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, clean property (inside and outside), clean rooms, and quick check in
Disliked: Mattress was too firm and the bed frame squeaked loudly every time you moved. The shower’s water pressure could have been better.
We were not able to rate breakfast - it opens at 6:30am and we had to leave at 6:30am, so was only able to quickly grab a couple apples and granola bars on the way out the door. However, it looked like the staff had everything set up nicely.
