Tough travel day. Flights cancelled until morning so had to to get hotel. I was frazzled and exhausted and staff waa so nice. Even set up my shuttle back to airport in the morningm

Good airport layover hotel for the price. Shuttle service was good with a quick pickup. Only 2 restaurants in walking distance that I could find - a Chile’s and the Marriott.

I really liked the lady at the front desk who checked me in. She spoke Spanish too, but I don’t remember her name. Excellent customer service, and she was very helpful. I spoke to one of the ladies who cleaned the rooms named Crystal, and she was friendly, too. When I arrived in my room, I smelled urine, like maybe a dog had an accident on the carpet. That was gross. I didn’t complain because I checked into the last room for the night. They were completely booked. The lady at the front desk made the stay more manageable. She was great, and i enjoyed meeting Crystal and leaning that the room wouldn’t get cleaned daily u less we requested it. All good because I didn’t want to be bothered either. This has happened to me before that I’ve booked with Expedia, and I get a subpar room. I really liked the shuttle, too. Very convenient, and he was funny and respectful.

The mattress was incredible uncomfortable. It sank very low on one side. The comforter did smell fresh and clean. There was a used washcloth in the shower.

Primeramente es terrible y el servicio malo cuando llegue el elevador roto tenía que buscar toallas y papel del baño cuando le dijimos que no limpiaran pero lo que se supone que tenían que poner lo pusieron por mi parte no me quedó mas

The property and room was clean. The 5 stars is for the breakfast, although it could have had more options, it actually had scrambled eggs and not just the continental crap with hard boiled eggs and some cheap muffins that most hotels do these days. I like a proper American breakfast.

Room was incredibly dirty and moldy. The first room they put us in smelt like sweage...you couldn't enter. The second room came with dust, mold, a used syringe or tampon under the ac, a dirty sock under the bed and ants on the sheets. It was horrendous for almost 100US a night.

The staff at front desk were loudly talking on thrir cell phone and using foul language. Treating each other badly... in front of the guests. Made everyone feel uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay.. The first room I got smelled like a bunch of dogs living in the room.. the lady at the desk was very helpful at accommodating me to another room on the second floor.. the breakfast was tasteful also.

The property was older than it looked on the website and the walls seemed paper thin. I did pre-check in and provided information to include vehicle and credit card information that some how disappeared in to their collection. When I asked why I had to do it all over again at the front desk I was not provided with an answer and was told by 2 different individuals that they would get back to my on it and of course no one ever did. Also the parking lot is small and almost impossible to get in and out of spaces with a vehicle bigger than a Fiat.

Well I when to the airport and the driver dropped me off at certain door (delta door) cuz I need to do something there so then I called for them to pick me up and it took them an hour and the thought because I don’t speak English im dumb but I was at the same door the driver dropped me off

The staff were helpful at every turn, and made our stay very pleasant in terms of people! The beds/linens/bathroom facilities were clean. However, the maintenance/cleanliness of the building was not what I'd come to expect from La Quinta hotels. The faucet in our room was badly connected and wobbly, the door handle was upside down, the toilet ran constantly, and the whole hotel had a musty, unpleasant odor.

I had to call twice for the shuttle from the airport because it wasn't on schedule, and not until the second call was I told they pick up at a different location than all the other airport hotels. The same man checked me in. He was rude, barely made eye contact with me, and didn't tell me my room number. The common spaces (elevator and hallways) were dirty, and I needed to keep the HVAC running so that I couldn't hear the conversations in the hallway. I won't be visiting this property again.
