My family and I were in town for a family reunion.House was clean, spacious, kitchen well stocked and linen were plushed. Letitia’s artwork is very vibrant and add a gallery flair to the place.Letitia is a great host who answers promptly to all inquiries.Our only issue is that house was a bit cold.Will definitely stay there should we visit the area again.Betty A.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a family celebration. Letitia was wonderful with communication from when we made our reservation to check out. Her messages were clear and detailed. The house was just like home. While the bedrooms are small, there is great storage and plenty of cost hangers. The living space was open and comfortable for hanging out. The kitchen is fully stocked. Quiet neighborhood, we always found parking for our 2 cars. Recommend this place. If we return to Baltimore, we would stay here.

This was a great location for our family visiting my son at Loyola. Nice, quiet neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The house was very clean. Letitia is a wonderful, responsive host. Looking forward to staying here when we visit again!

Overall Nice Rental
House is well maintained. Front steps are a bit uneven and could cause an injury. Livingroom furniture is spacious, but no back support causing you to slouch. I was with older family members and don't want to seem petty, but these are the observations noted.

Perfect for family of four
We chose this location to be close to a party venue at the Four Hour Day Lutherie. The location was convenient and the house is lovely. Letitia’s artwork is vibrant and makes is feel like you’re in a gallery. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plush.
